DESCRIPTION:To prepare for our first opera (Le Barbier de Séville) on Sunday\, students had the chance to meet and discuss with Christine von Koehler\, an expert in French opera and ballet. Christina’s goal is to make the opera accessible and enjoyable for all\, which is why she took the time to break down the characters\, their song style\, and the historical context of the piece.
