Payment and Refund Policy
Prices are guaranteed only if payment, or special arrangement for a schedule of payment, is made by the due date.

Payment can be made in US Dollars or Euros. If payment in Euros is requested, please contact the US office.

Multiple Payments/Payment Plan
Multiple payments are only available for payments made in US Dollars, and must be arranged in advance with the US office.

Deposit is paid upon acceptance to the program. Deposit is always paid in dollars and is non-refundable.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Refund Policy
The refund policy will apply only if payments are made by the due date. For purposes of this policy, the start of program is considered the same as the home stay start date listed on our website.

Withdrawal 30 or more days before start of program: 100% refund (minus $500 non-refundable deposit
Withdrawal 29 days or less before start of program: 50% refund (minus non-refundable deposit)
Withdrawal on or after start of program: No refund

CUPA Home Stay students: Choosing a home stay is a commitment. Changing to independent housing 29 days or less before Home Stay start date is subject to the same refund schedule as above.

Special Requirements and Financial Aid
If your home school collects fees on behalf of CUPA, the schedule of payment may be different from that of the CUPA invoice due date. If all or part of the invoice is to be paid by your college or university, please indicate that clearly on the Payment Agreement Form that you receive in conjunction with the Invoice.

All information collected by the school from students’ applications and enrollments is confidential and is held in our database for internal use only (i.e. admissions, advising, registration, grading, billing, financial aid and student services). Students’ personal information will not be released to any third parties without their explicit permission (i.e. billing to financially responsible person). Anonymous statistical information gathered from the school’s database may be used to complete reports for affiliated academic organizations.
